A perforated plastic locator helps distribute pool sand evenly without getting into the stem pipe. The maximum pressure of this filter and pump system is 40 PSI, with a flow rate of 40 gallons per minute. Tank filters approximately 19,200 gallons every 8 hours. This filter requires 175 pounds of #20 Silica Sand or 88 pounds of ZeoSand. The system operates at water temperatures from 32°F to 113°F.
