This format, which has a capacity of 10 1/4 oz. is ideal for canning or homemade gifts and dry food storage. The jar is available with lid included. Keep boiling for around 10 minutes for a correct vacuum process. Not suitable for contact with 100% fatty, alcoholic and milk-based foods.
